Well, after a lot of thought, I finally realized that I had totally missed an obvious way of seeing what might be in my attic without actually going up there… My camera! I could just barely reach high enough with the camera while standing on a tall stool, so the pictures weren’t great, plus I could only take pictures in a couple of directions because the insulation was blocking me in the other directions, so I will have to try to find a taller stool or something next time to get that side of the attic.
Anyway, the pictures I did get didn’t reveal much, so sorry to disappoint everyone. No money, no million dollar paintings, not even any porn! Just lots of dirty insulation and junk from the house.

it’s a really good thing i learned a long time ago that when i’m about to see pictures (especially of basements and/or attics) for the first time, i need to be wary of something that might just scare the living crap out of me. you don’t get panic attacks without learning something, even if that something is “you’re an idiot for having done that to yourself in the first place”, hahaha!
